Currently, Zhia is one of the fastest rising stars at the law firm of Flynn & Rismiller in Rockville.  After graduating from the University of Baltimore Law School with her Juris Doctorate in 2004 Zhia joined Flynn & Rismiller and quickly became one of their specialists  in the areas of estate planning, business entities, and mediation.  These specialties have proven extremely helpful to Tax-Master’s clients over the years.

Zhia has been admitted to the bar in both Maryland and DC.  Zhia does far more than help clients in legal trouble, she consults with them and develops a business plan to help them maximize the tax and legal benefits clients can gain from setting up various business entities. 

When not working hard on her client’s behalf Zhia can be found teaching law courses at Villa Julie College, her alma matter, or taking Portia, the best great dane in the world, for a hike.
